Common Questions
Coaching is a collaborative relationship that differs from traditional counseling. Through an anti-diet, intuitive eating lens we create structured, values-aligned goals, identify stuck patterns, and build the practical tools needed to create and sustain more supportive, life-giving patterns.
Coaching can be especially helpful for those stepping down from higher levels of care who are medically stable in their recovery and looking for ongoing accountability and support as they navigate everyday life and food choices.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’m a provisionally licensed Resident in Counseling in Virginia with extensive training in eating disorder treatment. I’m also completing advanced certification as an Intuitive Eating Counselor.
Coaching is a supportive relationship for those in eating disorder recovery or those looking to heal their relationship with food & body. Coaching is best suited for those who are medically stable and looking for structured guidance, practical tools, and accountability as they build intuitive, values-aligned patterns in daily life.
I often work with those facing the following concerns:
Eating Disorder recovery | body image | disordered eating patterns | feeling "out of control" with food | chronic dieting | overwhelming food noise | rigid food rules | cycles of restriction | binge eating | intense cravings | shame around food and body
Submit your name, email, and message on my contact page. I’ll reply within 1–2 business days to answer questions or arrange a free call to discuss your concerns.
