A 15–20 minute call to explore your goals, ask questions, and determine if coaching is the right fit for you. We’ll also discuss if other supports might be helpful. Completely free and designed to help you feel confident in your next steps.

F&B Coaching Session

50 minute sessions are available for flexible, ongoing Food & Body Relationship support. These meetings are structured to reinforce new skills, address emerging challenges, or maintain progress at your own pace.

F&B Conversation Session (for two)

​Bring a friend, partner, or someone you trust for a 60-minute guided conversation about your relationship with food and body. In a supportive, judgment-free space, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your experiences and leave with a few ways to support each other moving forward.

F&B Coaching Package

This 3-month coaching experience is designed to help you build momentum, consistency, and a stronger, more supportive relationship with food and your body. We’ll focus on building your Food & Body Relationship Toolbox, developing awareness, and creating sustainable changes. (Payments may be made in full or in 2 installments)

 

Over 12 weeks, we’ll meet weekly in a format that fits your needs:

One 50-minute session per week, or

Two 30-minute sessions per week.
