Hi, I'm Sarah
I understand firsthand how deeply personal and complex our relationships with food and body can be - especially when we grow up in a system that teaches us to compare, judge, and question our body's size, shape, and needs. After becoming a mother, I became very aware of how deeply fractured my relationship with food and my body really was. It took me years to confront the messages that dictated my self-worth and that kept me in a cycle of shame, dieting, and restriction. As someone who has faced the challenge of leaving diet culture behind and reclaiming trust with myself, I can say definitively that there is hope. There is a different path to freedom, trust, and confidence than the one we’ve been sold and I want to meet you there.

My Work
Over time “health” campaigns, diet messaging and normalized comparison can become so incredibly loud. It can disconnect us from our bodies, our sense of self, and everyone else around us. What might have begun as a desire to "be healthy" can quietly morph into rigid rules, personal shame, and feeling like the problem is just...us. My work is about creating a different path. One that isn't fueled by rules, and shame, and distrust with ourself. Together, we slow down the noise, reconnect with your body's wisdom, and make peace with the parts that feel chaotic. You don't have to subscribe to another diet, just eat "cleaner", or tell yourself you just need more discipline - and you absolutely don't have to figure it all out alone. I support people in stepping out of diet culture and moving toward a relationship with food and body that feels more peaceful, trusting, and authentic.
